Each design is provided as a high-resolution file for printing, with the option of printing services or guidance for printing on your own. Alternatively, you can opt for a fully hand-painted suite with no printed pieces.

The Atelier Stationery Package
Custom stationery projects require a minimum investment of $850 USD.
The base investment includes one custom design of your choice, whether it's an invitation, save-the-date, or a day-of asset such as menus.
Each additional stationery design increases the package price by $440 USD.
Printing costs will be calculated based on the specific quantities needed for your project. Alternatively, you have the option to print on your own with easy-to-use, print-ready files that will be created just for you.
The Artist’s Stationery Package
The artist package requires a minimum investment of $9,000 USD.
The base investment includes 25 original, hand-painted designs of your choice, whether it's an invitation, save-the-date, or a day-of asset such as menus.
Each additional hand-painted stationery piece increases the package price by $300-$440 USD depending the complexity & dimensions of each artwork.
This package does not include printed pieces! Every piece in this collection is meticulously created with hand-painted designs on archival paper.
Printing Services
All stationery is printed on premium 30pt Textured Matte Paper to enhance the painted quality of the design. Envelopes are not included.
Alternative paper grounds are available upon request.

Give your wedding or event stationery a unique touch with custom-shaped designs that go beyond the usual. Each piece of your stationery set, including invitations, RSVP cards, and additional inserts, is carefully arranged to create a cohesive and elegant presentation with a ribbon color of the designers choice.

The Process
The Consultation
Commissioning custom, hand-painted stationery starts with an initial discussion with every client to identify their preferred stationery package. During this conversation, we also encourage you to express your ideas regarding the color palette, theme, and imagery you wish to be included.
This serves as an opportunity for us to connect, go over pricing details, and ensure that I am the right match for your unique stationery project. To initiate this process, kindly fill out the stationery consultation form.
Sketches & Color Palette
Once you've made the deposit for your custom wedding stationery service please be sure you have provided all inspiration imagery and color palette preferences. This information will be used to create preliminary sketches, mood boards and color palettes.You will receive a PDF with sketches & mock ups for your stationery designs within 1-2 weeks of the projected start date depending on the scope of work and current lead-times.
NOTE: Please try to ensure that all of your imagery ideas and color palette preferences are communicated before the initial sketches are created. This service covers two rounds of edits per asset. Any additional edits will incur an additional fee of $100.
Copy & Final Design Approval
During the sketching process, I will carefully consider the text layout, ensuring a smooth integration of your event details into the designed compositions. You can choose between hand-written text or select from a variety of font pairings based on your preferences.
Ensure all necessary information for the stationery is provided at the sketching stage in order to facilitate the optimal layout for your designs.
Hand-Painting & Digitization
Upon receiving the sketches we will discuss any imagery revisions and color palettes adjustments. Once approved I will begin painting with gouache paints and watercolor.
Following the completion of the paintings, I will scan them at a high resolution and retouch each in Photoshop. This process ensures that each piece is prepared for printing, free from imperfections, and accurately reflects its intended colors. At this point you will also have a chance to review the hand-painted stationery design(s) and discuss any feedback you might have.
Digital Assets and Final Payment
The final payment is due after the approval of the final sketches and before the painting phase commences. Once the artwork is completed, I will provide you with a Google Drive folder containing all your print-ready files, along with high-resolution scans of the original artwork l've created for your project!

Terms
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in the schedule. Due to limited availability for custom stationery projects, failing to make a deposit could result in losing your spot in the schedule or delaying the outlined timeline.
*Please note that client projects will not be added into the schedule until a payment is made.
The final payment is due after the approval of the final sketches and before the painting phase commences.
Cancellations & Refunds
If cancellation occurs after you have received the initial sketches and mock ups, 25% of the remaining balance will be retained to cover initial planning and scheduling.
Mid-Project Cancellation:
If cancellation occurs after the painting has commenced but before completion of the artwork, 50% of the remaining balance will be retained.
Completed Work:
Once the hand-painted stationery is completed, the full project cost is applicable, and no refunds will be issued.
Rush Orders:
Due to the expedited nature of rush orders, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order has been confirmed. This policy ensures that I can dedicate the necessary time and resources to deliver your project within the shortened timeframe.
Intellectual Property
Olivia Provey Studio retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to all hand-painted designs created.
The Designs are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and no rights are transferred to any other party except as expressly provided in these terms.
The Artist reserves the exclusive right to display, and share the designs in any manner and for any purpose.
Revisions & Edits
Custom stationery services include two rounds of edits for each asset during the sketching phase and one round of edits during the painting phase.
It is recommended to communicate all imagery and color palette preferences before the initial sketches to minimize the need for extra edits beyond the two included rounds. After the allotted round of edits has been used an additional fee of $100 may be charged depending on the complexity of the edit.
Project Timeline & Deadlines
This is a collaborative process! To meet your deadline, please aim to review assets within 3-5 days throughout the process. Failure to do so will result in possible delays.
Design Exclusivity Terms
As an artist, my inspiration is deeply rooted in nature, botanical themes, and organic, flowing shapes. While I strive to create unique perspectives for each project, there is a signature style that naturally weaves through my work.
Please understand that I cannot reserve any single motif, color, or element exclusively for one client. This approach allows me to maintain the authenticity of my artistic process and ensures that each design remains true to my vision. While I will always aim to bring a fresh and individualized approach to every project, certain motifs or themes may reappear in future works as a reflection of my artistic identity.
Client Privacy
Olivia Provey Studio shares the custom stationery creation process on social media; however, each client’s information and event details will remain private.
