A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in the schedule, clients will not be added into the schedule until a deposit payment is made. Due to limited availability for custom stationery projects, failing to make a deposit could result in losing your spot in the schedule or delaying the outlined timeline.

The remaining balance will be split into 2-4 payments depending on the scale of the project.

Each client’s project is allocated a dedicated timeframe based on the project scope, ensuring thoughtful attention and care for every design. Due to the nature of my design process and fully booked schedule, it’s essential that clients adhere to agreed-upon project timelines.

A standard wedding invitation suite typically takes 4–10 weeks from design to delivery:

• Onboarding & Design: 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity
  
  

• Printing & assembly: 2–4 weeks, depending on production method

 Couples usually send invitations 3–6 months before the wedding (or 6–9 months for destination weddings).  

Standard Day-Of Paper Timeline:

​​Day-of designs, such as menus and place cards,are treated as a separate project due to their unique timelines. These pieces are typically designed closer to the wedding date.

Expect a 3–5 week design process. It's best to allow extra time for revisions and final adjustments. Clients are responsible for printing day-of paper goods (with some special exceptions). 

Clients are responsible for communicating their desired deadlines to ensure delivery before their wedding or any required dates.

Each hand-painted design I create is the result of a thoughtful balance between collaboration, communication, and artistic freedom. My role is to interpret your inspiration and ideas into a collection of artwork that feels cohesive, expressive, and entirely unique.

I’ll use your mood boards, Pinterest boards, and color palette references to guide my creative process, and will rely on open communication to ensure the stationery I’m designing is truly reflective of your vision.

To keep your project on schedule, please plan to review all design assets within 2-3 days of delivery. Timely feedback is essential—delays in review or response may result in extended timelines and rescheduling fees.

1. Onboarding:
   The project begins with an onboarding phase, where the foundation for your custom stationery is set. During this time, you’ll complete and submit design questionnaires along with all text for your stationery, ensuring every detail is ready for the creative process. You’ll also share inspiration images, color palette preferences, and any final stationery wording. Once all materials are received, we’ll schedule a design consultation to discuss your vision and bring your ideas to life. We will provide all necessary tools, including questionnaires and a Google Drive folder, to make sharing materials seamless. 

2. Concept & Sketching:
   During the concept and sketching phase, you’ll receive a thoughtfully prepared design dossier showcasing initial sketches and a digital color palette overview. This is where your vision begins to take visual form. You’ll review the sketches and share your feedback within 2–3 business days, communicating revisions. If revisions are requested, we will create an updated set of sketches, ensuring the designs feel aligned with your inspiration. Once both the sketches and the color palette are approved, we’ll move forward into the painting phase.

3. Painting Phase:
   With sketches approved, the painting phase begins.  Each element of your stationery is hand-painted, scanned, and carefully edited to include all text or hand-lettering. You’ll have the opportunity to review the artwork and provide feedback. Finalizing your text before this phase ensures a smooth process, and you’ll be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all wording, details, and content. Any requested revisions will be incorporated, bringing your stationery closer to its final form.

4. Final Deliverables:
   Once the painting and edits are complete, each design is refined and prepared as high-resolution, print-ready files. The Designer will provide all high-resolution and print-ready files, ensuring that every detail of your stationery is polished, accurate, and ready for use.

Production & Shipping (if applicable):
All finalized designs will be submitted for professional printing, with the custom envelope liner mounted and guest and return addresses printed on envelopes. You’ll provide a complete and accurate shipping address so that all printed materials can be delivered safely. We will carefully oversee production, ensuring each piece is printed with care, packaged and shipped to you.
