Semi-Custom Stationery · Terms & Conditions
Overview
Olivia Provey Studio’s semi-custom stationery collection features a curated selection of designs created from original hand-painted artwork. Semi-custom orders allow clients to personalize these existing designs with their wedding details through hand-lettering painted for the order or designer-selected fonts. By purchasing a semi-custom product, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Once the order is placed, the client will receive a confirmation email outlining:
The details of the purchase
An estimated production and delivery timeframe
No work will begin until payment has been received in full.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround for semi-custom stationery is 2–3 weeks, depending on:
Quantity ordered
Specific items included in the order
Timelines may vary during peak seasons. All quoted timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Rush Services
Rush services may be available depending on the studio’s current workload.
Rush fees range from $200–$400 USD, depending on project complexity and turnaround requirements.
Clients must contact the studio before placing an order to confirm rush availability. Rush orders are accepted at the studio’s discretion.
5. Client-Supplied Text & Accuracy
All wedding details, names, dates, and any copy to be included in the stationery must be provided by the client.
The studio does not provide writing, editing, or proofreading services.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Ensure all information is accurate
Submit text exactly as it should appear in the final design
Review proofs carefully for typos or omissions
The studio is not liable for errors submitted by the client.
6. Revisions
Revisions are not included with semi-custom stationery.
Clients will receive digital proofs solely for the purpose of checking for typographical errors before production.
Any changes beyond correcting typographical errors may require an upgrade to a custom design service and are subject to additional fees.
7. Artwork Availability
Designs created specifically for past clients are not available for semi-custom orders.
Semi-custom orders may only include artwork explicitly listed within the semi-custom collection.
8. Printing Options
8.1 Studio Printing
When selecting printing services through the studio, all stationery is printed on:
Heavy-weight cotton matte paper
Using digital printing methods
Invitation suites with envelopes will be shipped pre-assembled, ready for the client to seal, stamp, and mail.
8.2 Self-Printing
Clients may choose to print their own stationery.
The studio will provide print-ready files formatted for professional printing.
Clients are responsible for verifying that their chosen printer can accommodate custom artwork.
The studio recommends a heavy-weight, matte paper to best showcase the painted artwork.
9. Envelope Addressing
Digital envelope addressing is available using designer-selected fonts.
Hand-calligraphy addressing is not available for semi-custom orders at this time.
10. Proofs & Final Approval
Clients will receive digital proofs for review.
Production will only begin once the client gives written approval.
Approval confirms that all information, spelling, layout, and design elements are correct.
The studio is not responsible for errors noticed after approval.
11. Cancellations & Returns
Because semi-custom stationery includes personalized artwork (such as hand-lettering and customized text), orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before production starts, the studio may issue a partial refund at its discretion; however, digital design work already completed is non-refundable.
12. Copyright & Usage
All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Olivia Provey Studio.
Purchases of digital files include a license for personal use only.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork beyond the intended stationery usage.
13. Color & Print Variations
Due to differences between digital screens and physical printing processes, slight color variations may occur. These are not considered defects.
When self-printing, the studio is not responsible for printing errors, color inconsistencies, or paper quality issues.
14. Communication
All communication regarding proofs, approvals, and questions must occur via email.
Clients are responsible for responding promptly to maintain their timeline.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a semi-custom stationery order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
